At The Hidden Cloud, many of our products are made to order and fulfilled through multiple trusted production and shipping partners. Because of this, shipping and processing times may vary depending on the product and fulfillment location.

Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days after purchase. During periods of high demand, production times may be slightly longer.

Custom & Personalized Orders                                                                                      All custom and personalized items are subject to shipping charges regardless of any free shipping promotions or discount codes. Orders containing a mix of standard and custom/personalized items will also be charged shipping on the entire order. We appreciate your understanding as these items require special handling and production.

Shipping Times
Shipping times vary based on the item, fulfillment partner, and destination. Estimated delivery times will be calculated and shown at checkout once your shipping address is entered.

In general, customers can expect approximate delivery windows such as:

  • United States: 5–12 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, location, and customs processing for international orders.

Multiple Shipments
Because we work with different production partners, items from the same order may sometimes ship separately. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking updates for each shipment.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, The Hidden Cloud is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.
